Revel asking community to bust out the bellbottoms for charity disco

A group of Realtors are doing their part to make sure a local cause is ‘Stayin’ Alive’.
Revel Realty is hosting its second annual disco night, a fundraiser for Strong Fort Erie Neighbourhoods (SFEN), an organization that gained charitable status this year, but has been serving the community since 2020.
SFEN hosts weekly free lunches Saint Michael’s parish hall, and serves an average of 250 meals each time.
Once a month, they hand out a bag full of various personal care products, and also offer a vegetable and fruit market twice per month.
Those who attend the disco party are asked to make a $20 donation to support the organization’s outreach programs.
Board member Theresa Murphy says they are “thankful for this awesome support” and called Revel a community hero by supporting them.
The donations will help SFEN with providing food around the approaching holiday season, said Murphy.
The disco celebration will be held October 4 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Fort Erie Leisureplex.
