Work continues on Niagara highways this week

Roadwork continues on Niagara’s highways this week.
According to Ontario 511, the province’s website for traffic information, a recurring engineering investigation between Gilmore Road and Central Avenue on the QEW will cause alternating lanes in both directions beginning on Monday.
Two left lanes will be closed on the Fort Erie-bound QEW between Glendale Avenue and Highway 405.
Work is also taking place on Highway 405 between Stanley Avenue and the QEW in both directions.
There will also be closures at Westchester Avenue in St. Catharines on Highway 406.
At the Fort Erie-Port Colborne border, work on Highway 3 between Nigh and Holloway Bay roads continues this week.
