Lane closures on Niagara highways taking place this week

There are a number of roadwork projects that will cause lane closures this week in Niagara.
Three left Toronto-bound lanes will be closed on the QEW in Lincoln at Sixteen Mile Creek Road.
According to Ontario 511, the province’s website for traffic information, this work will take place Thursday and Friday.
There will be closures Toronto bound between Glendale and Welland avenues starting Tuesday.
An engineering investigation will continue both ways between Central Avenue and Gilmore Road in Fort Erie.
Also in Fort Erie, near the Port Colborne border, there will continue to be closures between Holloway Bay and Nigh roads on Highway 3.
There are other projects that have been going on for months, such as work on Highway 405 between the QEW and Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls, which according to Ontario 511, has been taking place since April.
