Advancing Crystal Beach (ACB) is hiring multiple youth summer engagement co-ordinators to staff its Crystal Beach tourism hub on weekends, with applications due May 4 for positions that pay $20 an hour.
ACB announced it’ss hiring on Tuesday for roles related to its tourism hub, which houses a community museum and visitor information booth in Crystal Beach. The jobs are aimed at the summer season and will place successful applicants in public-facing roles that support visitors and residents in Greater Fort Erie.
The posting says the co-ordinators will work Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during summer opening hours.

The job posting says the positions will focus on greeting visitors, sharing information about local attractions, events and history, and running simple activities in the space. Staff will help keep the tourism hub organized, answer questions and track basic visitor data and feedback.
ACB is a non-profit serving Greater Fort Erie through community-based initiatives, including regular affordable pop-up produce markets in Crystal Beach.
On April 11, ACB hosted a public meeting on food insecurity, where residents and community leaders discussed solutions to rising food insecurity.
The posting says applicants should be comfortable working with people, working outdoors and contributing to a public community space.
Resumes are being accepted by email. The organization says only selected applicants will be contacted for interviews.
