Resurfacing work is underway on a section of the Niagara Parkway in Fort Erie.
Construction began July 30 on the stretch of parkway from just south of Service Road 12 to the north end of Black Creek Bridge.
The work is scheduled to be finished by August 14, weather permitting.
Niagara Parks says the Niagara Parkway and Niagara River Recreation Trail will remain open during construction.
Access to residences will also be maintained.
Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians may experience temporary traffic delays or lane diversions while work is underway.
Niagara Parks says residents and visitors may also notice increased dust, noise and other temporary disruptions in the construction area.
The work is part of an infrastructure improvement project and Niagara Parks is asking residents, businesses and visitors for patience while construction continues.
