Fort Erie man, 72, missing for two weeks: police

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a 72-year-old Fort Erie man who has been missing for two weeks, last seen at the Welland Hospital.

The Niagara Regional Police Service says Robert Gunn was last seen at the hospital on Monday, August 3, but never returned to his home in Fort Erie.

His whereabouts are currently unknown.

Police say detectives are concerned for Gunn’s welfare.

Gunn is described as a white man, five-foot-eight, with long grey hair and a long grey beard.

Anyone with information about Gunn’s whereabouts is asked to call the Niagara Regional Police Service at (905) 688-4111, option 3, extension 1009506.
