Town of Fort Erie hiring for two positions

The Town of Fort Erie currently has two job openings posted on its careers website.
The town is hiring a business systems analyst in its Information Technology division and a human resource administrator.
According to the town, the business systems analyst will work with municipal departments to develop and manage business application solutions and modernization projects.
The position pays between $94,894.83 and $113,874.74 annually and includes health benefits and a pension.
Applicants are expected to have a post-secondary degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, business analysis or a related field, along with at least seven years of relevant experience.
The human resource administrator position is a temporary role expected to run from approximately October through May 2027.
According to the town, the employee will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding and other human resources administration.
The job pays $26.91 per hour, plus four per cent vacation pay, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
The town says applicants should have a diploma in human resources management or equivalent education. One to two years of related experience is considered an asset.
Applications for both positions are due by noon on Thursday, October 1.
