When Scott Serada saw his Instant Gold Pursuit ticket was a winner, he didn’t think he’d won all that much.
“I was playing my ticket and thought I only won $50,” the 62-year-old Crescent Park resident said in an OLG news release. “When I went to go validate it at the store, I realized I won big on the other side of the ticket. I was in shock.”
His payday turned out to be $100,000.

“I told my friends and family and they’re so happy for me,” he said. “It’s a fantastic feeling. Words can’t begin to describe this experience.”
Serada wants to use the winnings to do some home renovations and take a summer road trip to the East Coast.
The winning ticket was purchased at A-One Crescent Mart at 1251 Dominion Road.
Available for a price of $25, Instant Gold Pursuit has a top prize of $100,000.
