Community Living Fort Erie will get a Christmas gift next week from local Tim Hortons locations.
The non-profit organization will be the beneficiary of the upcoming holiday cookie campaign with all proceeds of the festive treats supporting inclusive summer camp programs for children.
The campaign runs from November 18 to 24.

In a news release, Community Living Fort Erie said the partnership offers a simple yet impactful way for residents to give back to their community.
Every cookie purchased contributes to inclusive summer camp opportunities for children of all abilities, helping create a welcoming and empowering environment for every child to thrive.
Simon Reeves, family support manager at Community Living Fort Erie, highlighted the initiative’s impact.
“Our programs empower children to grow in self-confidence and community by nurturing understanding, compassion, and a true sense of inclusion. The experiences at camp can be transformative, equipping children with the skills to build friendships and be active,” he said.
Executive director Sandy Leemet shared her gratitude for the community’s ongoing support as well.
“We are truly thankful to Tim Hortons and everyone in Fort Erie. This campaign offers a wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy a treat while making a positive impact, knowing each cookie sale brings us closer to a future where every child has the chance to engage and truly be included,” said Leemet in the news release.
Community Living Fort Erie invites everyone in the community to take part in this uplifting campaign by enjoying a cookie or two, or more.
