Another week of construction on highways in Niagara is ahead for Fort Erie commuters.
Recurring maintenance will be taking place both ways between Gilmore Road and the Peace Bridge, resulting in lane closures on both sides of the QEW.
Recurring maintenance is also scheduled Fort Erie-bound at the Bertie Street/Thompson Road exit, says Ontario 511, the province’s traffic information website.
In St. Catharines, on and off ramps at Seventh Street will be closed, Fort Erie and Toronto bound.
Beginning Tuesday, there will also be lane closures between Victoria Avenue in Lincoln and Bartlett Avenue in Grimsby.
Work is also set to take place on Highway 405 between Stanley Avenue in Niagara-on-the-Lake and the QEW, eastbound and westbound.
Work will continue on Highway 58 northbound between Thorold Stone Road/Davis Road in Niagara Falls and Pine Street in Thorold.
