Meteors series tied 1-1 with Falcons after 4-2 win on Saturday

The Fort Erie Meteors have split the first two games of their championship series against the St. Catharines Falcons.
On Friday, St. Catharines came away with a 5-3 win at home, but lost to the Meteors on their home ice on Saturday.

Credit: Jack Sutherland | Fort Erie RadioAccording to the Meteors’ social media accounts, a crowd of about 2,000 people filled the Leisureplex to watch the home team even the series with a 4-2 win on Saturday.
Game three will be played Tuesday in St. Catharines.
The series will continue with game four Wednesday at the Leisureplex at 7 p.m.
Meteors head coach and general manager Nik Passero was named Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League executive of the year last week.
