Town of Fort Erie announces Family Day closures and free skating

Municipal buildings in the Town of Fort Erie will be closed tomorrow, February 19, in observance of Family Day. These closures exclude both the Fort Erie Leisureplex and Crystal Ridge Arena, which will remain open for public skating. Regular business hours at Town facilities will resume on Tuesday.

Residents needing to report urgent matters such as fallen trees, road issues, blocked catch basins, sewer backups, or power outages, are directed to the following numbers:

To celebrate Family Day, residents of Fort Erie will be able to enjoy two free public skating sessions:

Fort Erie Leisureplex – Jaycee Pad:
- 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Sponsored by Kinsmen Club of Fort Erie
Crystal Ridge Arena:
- 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
- Sponsored by Town of Fort Erie

Please note that the regularly scheduled Tots & Adults Skate will not take place tomorrow, but will resume its regular time on Wednesday.
