Lane closures on the QEW in Niagara Region, expect delays

Motorists travelling on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) in Niagara Region this week should be aware of upcoming lane closures that may cause delays.

Westbound traffic:

January 24th to 26th: One right lane closure between the Garden City Skyway in St. Catharines and Lyons Creek Road in Niagara Falls. Closure in effect until 7:00 am on Friday, January 26th.
January 24th to 26th: Alternating lane closure between Lyons Creek Road and Lyons Creek Road in Niagara Falls. Closure in effect until 8:00 am on Friday, January 26th.

Eastbound traffic:

January 24th to 26th: One right lane closure between the Garden City Skyway in St. Catharines and Lyons Creek Road in Niagara Falls. Closure in effect until 7:00 am on Friday, January 26th.
January 24th to 26th: Alternating lane closure between Lyons Creek Road and Lyons Creek Road in Niagara Falls. Closure in effect until 9:00 am on Friday, January 26th.

Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes, if possible. Please use caution and obey all posted signage in the construction zones.
