It went through a red light and struck a grey sedan with two occupants at the intersection near the Ultramar gas station.
The grey sedan left the roadway after the impact and came to rest in a roadside ditch.

The sedan passenger, a 50-year-old woman, was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
No one in the white van was hurt, including four children between four and 11 years old.
The van driver was a 40-year-old man and the passengers were a 35-year-old woman and the four children.
Charges are pending against the 40-year-old driver.
No collision reconstruction was conducted, but OPP officers carried out a collision investigation at the scene. All lanes were reopened by 7:45 p.m.
