Town of Fort Erie hiring planner and arena attendant

The Town of Fort Erie is recruiting for a senior policy planner and a part-time arena attendant.

The senior policy planner position is temporary for about one year and focuses on long-range secondary planning. Applicants must hold a university degree in planning, have four years of related experience, and be eligible for membership with the Ontario Institute of Professional Planners.

The role offers an annual salary between $92,131 and $110,558 plus vacation pay and the option to participate in the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System pension plan.

The deadline to apply is noon on September 16.

The arena attendant job is part-time for students at least 14 years old and pays $20.86 per hour plus vacation pay. Work is scheduled after school and on weekends up to 24 hours a week, with duties that include ice maintenance, custodial work, snow removal, and event setup.

Applications for the arena attendant position are due by noon on September 12.
