What do you do?
Jewellery repairs, appraisals, jewellery and watch cleaning, ring resizing, bullion buy and sell, buy scrap silver and gold, manufacture custom jewellery, diamond and gem stone replacement, watch repair, watch batteries, currency exchange, and loans on jewellery and coins.
Why should people spend their money with you?
Although we are the only jewellery store in Fort Erie, we are also the best one. Our goal with every customer that walks in the door is to have them leaving with a smile on their face and trust with us.
Honesty and trust is everything to everyone connected to the Venus name.
We hear about it all the time from people coming in and out of our door, spreading from family dinner tables to ladies night at the bowling alley.
What inspires you to do what you do?
Easily the best thing about the jewellery industry is the personal connection that you gain with every single customer, the trust that they lay onto you to handle their most valuable belongings.
It’s the most stressful thing ever, but the feeling that comes in return when the job is complete and the customer is filled with joy will never get old.
What’s your greatest achievement?
Our greatest achievement in this business isn’t a huge sale or a huge payout; it’s the fact that we have customers come in on a daily basis telling us that we are the talk of the town, or their entire friend group was talking about how good the customer service was at Venus.
The fact that every single person that walks through our door leaves satisfied enough to spread the word about how much they enjoyed the experience is our greatest success.
