Passing the torch, but keeping the flame: 335 on the Ridge prepares for next chapter

After seven years as head chef, local restaurant owner Jennifer Wilkinson has announced that 335 on the Ridge will be getting new ownership.

In an emotional Instagram post, Wilkinson explained that the decision was right for herself and her family. She assured customers that the change would be minimal as the current staff will continue to offer “the same great service and excellent food.”

The post was flooded with dozens of comments all supporting her decision and thanking her for the many years of service to the community.

The new ownership has not been released yet but Wilkinson said she will be staying on for a short while to ensure a smooth transition. “While it’s hard to say goodbye, I am confident that the spirit of warmth and excellence that we’ve cultivated together will live on under new ownership,” she said.

Wilkinson gave large thanks to both her staff and customers, explaining how the restaurant became like a home to her. “Working alongside you all has been the highlight of my career,” she said. “I am endlessly grateful for your hard work and friendship.”

335 on the Ridge is known for its pizza, sourdough bread, and inviting atmosphere. It has a 4.6-star rating on Google with hundreds of positive reviews.
