NACAP Easter tulip fundraiser brings colour and opportunity to Fort Erie

Niagara Area Children’s Assistance Program (NACAP) is bringing its colourful tulip fundraiser to Fort Erie. Funds raised will support their overall mission of ensuring every child in Niagara has an equal opportunity.

Founded in 2010, NACAP has provided assistance to over 15,000 children in Niagara Region, ensuring brighter holidays and smoother back-to-school seasons. For just $15, a gorgeous bunch of 10 tulips will add a touch of springtime beauty to any home. Upgraded rainbow bunches are also available for $16.

Easter tulip orders are due by March 20, 2024, and pickup is March 29 in Fort Erie.

To order, visit nacap.ca and provide some details through the contact form:

  • Desired quantity of tulip bunches (regular or rainbow)
  • Preferred pick-up location
  • Phone number
  • Payment method (e-transfer or card)

NACAP encourages e-transfers at nacap@outlook.com for the quickest and easiest transaction. Card payments are accepted with a small fee of $1 per bunch to cover processing costs.

NACAP is currently working towards a $45,000 goal to secure a permanent home. This space would provide them with much-needed office and storage areas, but that’s not all. They also intend to open a used clothing store within their new location.

The store would be a boon for the community, offering free items to families facing hardship and affordable options for everyone else.

This would not only directly help local families but also generate additional income to support ongoing programs, ensuring NACAP can continue to brighten the lives of Niagara’s children.
