Drugs, nunchucks and rifle seized in Crystal Beach raid

Two Crystal Beach residents face several charges after a buffet of drugs and weapons, including nunchucks, were seized in a raid on Tuesday.

Niagara Regional Police (NRP) have been investigating the suspected sale of of controlled substances from an address on Devon Place this summer, says a news release about the seizure.

On Tuesday, a search warrant was executed, uncovering 3,556.9 grams of cannabis, 69.6 grams of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), 11.6 grams of fentanyl, a .22-calibre rifle, a quantity of ammunition, and a set of nunchucks, says the NRP.

Two people, aged 51 and 52, have been charged with multiple offences.

One of the two individuals arrested was also found to be in possession of 20.1 grams of fentanyl, 6.1 grams of crystal meth, and $350 in Canadian currency.
