Bridgeburg BIA to host Easter scavenger hunt through local businesses

The Bridgeburg BIA is hopping into Easter with a unique scavenger hunt designed to connect residents with local shops.

This family-friendly event, set for Saturday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., aims to showcase the diverse offerings within the Bridgeburg community, especially with the arrival of several exciting new businesses.

“We wanted to ensure we create a fun activity for the community, and with three new members on the BIA, this Easter event seemed like a perfect opportunity,” said Korinne Antaya of The Fox Shop located at 43 Jarvis Street.

Like any good Easter event, participants will be met by a special furry guest and his friend, Fluffy the Clown. Unlike traditional egg hunts, however, this scavenger hunt ditches the grassy field for a guided tour through Bridgeburg.

Participants will begin their adventure at Fate Salon and Atrium Spa (31 Jarvis St.), where they will receive a goodie bag and a special card.

This card will act as their roadmap, leading them on a journey to collect treats from participating businesses throughout the area.

The scavenger hunt is open to all ages, with the expectation that parents will accompany younger participants. Registration is not required beforehand, so feel free to just drop by Fate Salon and Atrium Spa to begin.

With 17 businesses expected to participate, the scavenger hunt promises a delightful exploration of the community, filled with sweet treats and Easter cheer.
