Adult cardmaking class a monthly event at library

Grownups can be crafty, too.
That’s why the Fort Erie Public Library (FEPL) hosts a monthly adult cardmaking class at the Crystal Ridge Branch, which will be taking place on Wednesday night at 6 p.m.
It’s a bit of a scrapbooking-style program and this month’s event will be a “thank you” card theme.
It incorporates things like origami and “following a lot of instructions,” explained children and teen librarian Serena Mariage, who is the lead on the adult cardmaking class.
Last month’s theme was Valentine’s Day, she said.
There is still time to register online for Wednesday’s event on the FEPL website.
