Slow week for construction on Niagara highways

There is minimal work taking place on Niagara highways this week.
While there are a number of projects at other stretches of the Queen Elizabeth Way outside the region, the only construction taking place locally is Fort Erie-bound at Lundy’s Lane.
Work is scheduled to begin Monday at 7 a.m. and last all week, according to Ontario 511, the province’s website for traffic information.
