Police seek man in Fort Erie indecent act investigation

Niagara Regional Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man as part of an indecent act investigation in Fort Erie.

Officers were called Wednesday after an incident at a retail store on Garrison Road near Concession Road.

Police say the incident happened early in the afternoon.

A man inside the store approached a teenage girl and committed an indecent act.

The man is described as white, about 30 years old, with an average height and build, brown hair, a beard and glasses.

Police say he was wearing white or beige shorts, a blue T-shirt and sandals.

Detectives with the 5 District Criminal Investigation Bureau are now handling the investigation.
