Ridgeway to spice up its food scene with new Erie Indian Bistro

A new Ridgeway restaurant, Erie Indian Bistro, is set to tantalize taste buds with authentic Indian cuisine. Menu options include dishes like tandoori chicken, dal makhani, golgappa, and many more.

Female-owned and inspired by India’s rich culinary traditions, the bistro has already garnered a local following. In just two short weeks, their Facebook page has amassed over 170 eager fans.

The wait is almost over. Erie Indian Bistro will be hosting a public food-tasting event this Sunday, March 10, from 2-6 p.m., offering local foodies the chance to experience their flavourful creations.

And for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals delivered straight to your door, Erie Indian Bistro offers a unique tiffin service.

The restaurant is located at 367 Ridge Road North, occupying the former home of Solange Bistro.
